Registration
for the SICU2 Workshop is CLOSED.
Please read all the following for important details, then proceed to
the registration site that is linked at the bottom of this page.
- The early
registration deadline is 30
April
2007.
- Late registration ends
on 5
June
2007.
- On-site
registration
and payment is possible on 21 June if we receive email notification (to
sicu2@olemiss.edu) of your intent to
participate by 5 June 2007.
Before April 30, the Workshop
registration fee is $75 for
Participants.
-
This fee includes tickets to evening
meals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as lunches and coffee
breaks on Friday
and Saturday.
- Breakfast is included in the
room rate for those staying at the
Inn at Ole Miss.
- Note that lodging is NOT
included in the registration fee. Hotel reservations must be made
separately from
workshop registration and prior to 5 June 2007. Please see the Travel Information page for details.
The registration fee also
includes transportation from Memphis International Airport to Oxford on
20 or 21 June and return to Memphis on 24 June.

Transportation reservations must
be made separately from the workshop registration.
- To reserve transportation,
you must send your scheduled Memphis flight arrival and departure times
via email to sicu2@olemiss.edu before 5 June 2007.
After
April 30 the registration fee is $85
for Participants.
For participants who wish to bring an accompanying person, the
Guest
registration fee is $25 until April 30.

This fee covers tickets
to the evening meals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Guests
are welcome to reserve Friday and Saturday workshop lunches for an
additional fee of $10 each.
- Guest registration includes
transportation from Memphis on 20 or 21 June and
back to Memphis on 24 June.
After
April 30 the Guest registration fee
is $35 each, with lunches available for the added charge of $10
each.

Register
Those who have arranged for On-Site
registration should come to Yerby Conference Center between 9 am and 4
pm on June 21, 2007, to complete their registration.
