Mystery Pie

32 Ritz crackers, crushed (approx. 1 stack)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 p. whipping cream
1/2 c. instant cocoa (optional)

1. Crush Ritz crackers.
2. Add pecans and 1/2 c. sugar.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff.
4. Combine with crackers.
5. Bake 25 minutes at 350F; let cool.
6. Whip cream and 1/2 c. instant cocoa (if cocoa desired).
7. Cover pie with cream and refrigerate.
