I am putting old exams and model answers on the Internet.
Hard Copies are on the reserve in the Law Library.
But I do not recommend studying old exams.
I feel strongly that most students can use study time more effectively
either by re-reading required course material or by studying other sources.
My syllabuses suggest useful sources.
Old exams are not a reliable indication of
the type or scope of exam questions. Some contain errors that were corrected orally during the exam.
Moreover, the law changes, the course
coverage changes, and my own testing methods change. The model answers
are not necessarily accurate because the law changes or I may have been
wrong. I do not reuse old exam questions (unless they have been discussed
in class), and, for all of the above reasons, I am not interested in discussing
old exam questions.
