1 1/2 c. orange juice (or juice of 3 oranges)
juice of 3 lemons
3 c. half-and-half cream
3 c. milk
3 c. sugar
1. Mash bananas and quickly pour orange juice and lemon juice
2. Set aside.
3. Combine milk, half-and-half cream and sugar, stirring thoroughly.
4. Pour all into ice cream freezer and freeze.
Note: For a richer ice cream, substitute 3 c. whipping cream for half-and-half.
