A Brief Biography of Now:

I'm a computer science graduate student at the University of Mississippi. My research interest include machine learning and image analysis. I completed my Masters in 2007 and immediately entered the PhD program.

I am very proficient in the languages of C, C++, Perl, Python, PHP, and Java, and have a working knowledge of several other popular languages in the open source community. On the side, I enjoy learning new languages and one of these days I'm going to make my own language, even if I'm the only one who ever uses it.

My hobbies include Scouting and gaming. I earned the rank of Eagle in 2000. Unfortunately, school and work have forced me to cut back on both. Such is life. I also hold close polictial views, of which you may sample from reading my blog or watching me spout off in message boards.
