Just a note from the Webmaster...

If you ever get the chance to see Devil's Advocate... find great humor in the fact that the Satan character uses the name John Milton.

I did.

Paradise Lost

Here is what's on this page...

Primary Characters

God -- Omnipotent being.  The Creator of Heaven and Earth and all inhabitants of both.  Created Lucifer as the most beautiful creature in existance.  His motives and actions are His to understand alone.  He is God.

Lucifer -- The Angel Of Light.  The greatest of God's angels.  Possessed of beauty, charm, eloquence, power, and wisdom beyond anything else He made.  Second-in-command in Heaven until the declaration that the Son of God would be King of the Angels.  Ceased to exist when he concieved of Sin, replaced by Satan.

Satan -- The Adversary.  The first and greatest of sinners.  Father to Sin and Death.  Born of Lucifer's conception of Sin against God.  Used his eloquence, charm, and wisdom to turn roughly 1/3 of Heaven's angels to his side of the War in Heaven.  Led the fallen angels up from the Lake of Fire to create Pandemonium, the capital of Hell.  Gave birth to the plan to corrupt man on earth and executed it alone.  Evil.

Moloch -- The Aggressor.  The first to speak at the Demonic Council.  Called for all-out war against God regardless the consequence.  He represents blind aggression and passion.

Belial -- Second to speak at the Demonic Council.  Suggested that the fallen angels wait for God to forgive them for their sins.  He represents cowardice.

Mammon -- Third speaker at the Demonic Council.  Says that they should not oppose God an father and just make due with their situation.  He represents passification.

Beelzebub -- Fourth and final speaker at the Demonic Council.  First Lieutenant of Satan.  Spoke of Earth and Man, God's new creations.  Suggested that they corrupt God's work and begin with mankind.   (Satan's plan being passed as his own).  He is described as a pillar of state and carries himself accordingly.

Sin -- Described as a beautiful woman from the waist up and a hideous serpentine creature below that, Sin is the daughter and concubine of Satan.  She sprang forth from his head when he questioned God and concieved of rebellion.  Every hour, a pack of wild dogs enter and explode from her womb, using it as a kennel.

Death -- The son of Satan and Sin, concieved during the War in Heaven.  Death is described only as a shady character with a dagger that is lethal to everyone except God (This includes Satan).  Satan and Death meet at the gates of Hell and are stopped by Sin before they can destroy each other.

Adam & Eve -- The first humans in creation.  They were a content couple living in the Garden of Eden until Satan tempted Eve into eating from the Tree of Knowledge.  Adam fell from grace through an act of love, by deciding to share his beloved's fate, rather than live without her.
