OBJECTIVE:

To utilize my skills as a Computer Electronics Technician, to repair, upgrade and install electronics equipment, computer system, software and components.

EXPERIENCE:

91/08 - Present     In the Electrical Engineering Department, duties are Computer and Software installation and upgrades, repair electronic devices and Computers, test equipment and lab equipment, Prototype fabrication and testing,  Inventory management,  shop and lab supervision, provide technical assistance to student and faculty, assist in network up keep and management.

99/14 - 00/04      Worked at Horseshoe Casino, as a Slot Technician.

91/03 - 91/08      Worked at Techforce, as a Electronics Technician repairing calibrating and modifying Supertracker for Federal Express.

87/01 - 91/01      Electronics Warfare Technician and Supervisor, operated and maintained AN/SLQ32(V)1 Digital Radar Receiver and AN/WLR-1C  ESM Analog Receiver.  Capable of  troubleshooting equipment to the board or component level. Other duties included, underway watch supervision,  requisition of  parts,  maintaining of supply logs and parts inventory.

81/04 - 82/11     Education and training includes: GED from Boston East Side Community School. Synchro Servo Theory, General Purpose Electronics Test Equipment training at  Norfolk VA.

80/03 - 81/02     AN/WLR(1) maintenance, and operation at Naval Technical Training Center, Pensacola FL.

87/01 - 87/04     SLQ32(V)2 maintenance, and operation at Naval Technical Training Center, Pensacola FL.

89/10 - 89/12     Technician Enhancement Training  NAVELEX Portsmouth, VA. Training Included AN/USM 465 Orientation. Cable and Wave guide analysis and system sensitivity measurement, and Band one and three improvement, for the SLQ 32(V)2 system. Certified in, Cable repair and fabrication, Backplane wiring , and  Advanced Soldering.
