Graduate student advisee (Lia Ricalde) and senior UG student (Ned Mitchell) at the University of Mississippi received a citation letter from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the 1999 International Contest on LTPP Data Analysis; their paper was included in a special ASCE-FHWA publication, 2001
