If you open this page using Internet Explorer and click on the "Mathcad" files, you will see the Mathcad file itself.  If you use Netscape, you may see just garbage on the screen.  In either case, you should be able to save the file to a disk.  Make sure the extension is ".mcd".  If you have trouble saving a Mathcad file, email me (cmpcs@olemiss.edu) and I will send it to you.
