Thanks for alerting me to this issue. I am still learning about
this
mater, but the way it is being handled is disturbing. If this
turns
out to be a reduction in benefits, by sleight of hand, then I will
fight
to restore it to all state employees.

1999 to ask for more detailed information about the issue. Mr. Eads
expressed his concerns and said that he is not in favor of any reduction
of benefits for State and Public Employees.
