Dear Ms. Jensen:
I am in receipt of your e-mail regarding the AHS State Network for
the year 2000.  The AHS State network is currently under development,
but our recruitment plans include contracting with physicians and
hospitals in the Memphis area.  Currently, every physician in the
State of Mississippi has been offered the opportunity to participate
in the network and we are receiving applications everyday from
physicians throughout the state.  All physicians must undergo
credentials verification before they are allowed into the network and
this process is currently ongoing.  As of this morning, we have not
received applications from any of the physicians that were listed in
your e-mail.  We will begin recruiting allied healthcare
professionals, such as Physical Therapy providers in the next few
weeks and I will make sure that Health South Physical Therapy is
included in the recruitment mailout.

The best way to ensure that your local physicians are going to
participate is to call them and request that they consider
participation in the AHS State Network.  If you have any questions or
