for the year 2000 has not been finalized yet.  We anticipate that the directory
will be available no later than Decemebr 1, 1999.  If you would like to inquire
about a particular physician or hospital you may call 1-800- 294-630<7 and speak
to one of our customer service representatives.

Advanced Health Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield
of Mississippi.  The directory will be available on a website maintained by the
