| Welcome to Annie Davis Weber's professional Web site. I am a researcher in University Development here at the University of Mississippi, working especially with the University Medical Center. I am earning my doctorate in Higher Education at Vanderbilt University, in their Executive Ed.D. program. This page is here to offer information for a variety of people. Current project
I am working on a study of the ways in which university development programs are organized. Some are constituency centered models, some are geographic, and others are capacity-based. Very little has been written about why certain models are chosen over others. The main resources available for choosing one approach over another are from studies in business and the matching of customers with products. My paper will offer a set of criteria for deciding which of the available approaches best suits different schools and programs.
